Salad of baby spinach, rocket, pear, figs, walnuts, feta cheese
and sun-dried tomatoes in a honey and herb dressing.
Crisp calamari salad served with seasonal leaves
and tartare sauce.

Vegetarian wrapped filo pastry stuffed with feta cheese, baby
potatoes and springs onions served with sweet chilli sauce.
Toasted pita bread, hummus and tazeki served
with olives and pickles.

MAIN COURSE

'Surf and Turf' Grilled fillet of Irish beef and scallops served with
saffron mash potato and a white mushroom sauce.
Traditional Turkey and Ham
Breast of duck in a Madeira jus served with savoy cabbage
and boulangere potatoes.

Grilled Irish lamb chops served with smoked aubergine,
apricot and wild mushroom risotto.
Pan fried darne of salmon served with wild rice, broad
beans and raisins in a tarragon sauce.

Chicken with Pistachio - Free range breast of chicken marinated
in brandy cooked with cream and pistachio nuts & served with
vegetables, mash potato, cauliflower and trench beans.
Wild mushroom risotto cake with rocket and parmesan pesto.
